Palisade Pucker｜ Kettle Sour Peach Ale. 4.3% ABV
Snowbank Brewing Company was founded by some inventive and resourceful
homebrewers who used the Colorado elements around them to create and
inspire their beer and taproom. When we say utilizing the elements, they
literally used snow to cool the beer in their homebrewing process. Today they
still have the innovation and passion of a crafty homebrewer. So when we
reached out to see what’s new on tap, the lead brewer himself told us this,
“I’m currently drinking Palisade Pucker, our new Sour Peach Ale. It’s a pale
kettle sour made by using lactobacillus and American ale yeast that we added
600 lbs. of hand cut and juiced Palisade Peaches into. Refreshingly tart and a
pleasant lower ABV, Palisade Pucker has overwhelming notes of fresh peaches
with subtle roasted undertone that finishes dry and mildly tart, keeping it
sessionable for easy fall days.” If you love peaches and you love beer, you’ve

Dry Hopped Provincial｜Belgian Style Sour Ale. 4.2% ABV.
If you like beer and live in Northern Colorado it is highly likely that you are all too familiar with the award-winning Funkwerks beer. Well known for their Belgian style beers, they bring you Dry Hopped Provincial which is currently being poured in their taproom. This sessionable sour was originally released in 2016 and has made its way back to the taproom for an encore. The combination of citrus fruit and floral create the perfect tartness with a touch of sour making it the perfect complement to this fall weather. Bring along your four-legged friend and pick a warm spot inside to sit and enjoy!
Frumpy Moomoo｜ Coffee Milk Stout. ABV 6.3% IBU 26.
Malts Munich, Melanoidin, Malted Rye, Chocolate Wheat | Hops Hallertau
When a beer is made with Colorado mountain water, you just know something great is about to happen. Gilded Goat is modeled after all the best qualities of European pubs and taverns from the atmosphere to the beer, in which this family owned company learned while traveling in a motor home through Europe. A taproom favorite released earlier this year, Frumpy Moomoo is coffee and milk stout that drinks easy from dawn to dusk, especially during autumn and winter. Brewed with lactose and locally roasted Harbinger coffee, this beer showcases a full-bodied sweetness and roasted notes of dark chocolate and coffee. This creates a beer that is smooth, delicious, and sure to put a smile on your face no matter the time of day.

Harry Hughes’s Aggie Ale｜ 5.3% ABV
Open for over three years, this brewery has certainly made an impact in the beer community and Fort Collins overall. The team here is committed to brewing great beer and ultimately using the company as a way to help others in the community while also being conscientious of their environmental impact. Their Aggie Ale, named after former CSU coach of 31 years Harry Hughes, is a sessionable ale in which you can smell notes of floral and citrus. The beer has a hoppy bite with a mixed sweetness that carries through. A definite must try that can be found throughout Northern Colorado.
Crowdsource Ale｜ Wet-hop brown Ale. 6% ABV.
Loveland Aleworks is located right downtown and when you step in you can truly tell this place knows what they are doing. With their picture windows you can see the beer being made right before your eyes and you can even catch yourself smelling tones of coffee and citrus. The team behind that taproom has been brewing their Crowdsource Ale for a few years now, in which they encourage any local grower to donate hops. This years’ project is ready and back again in the taproom for enjoyment! This beer is a fresh, wet-hop brown ale brewed exclusively with hops grown in Loveland, CO. This rewarding project brings together all that makes Loveland such a wonderful place to live, as all of the hops were donated by backyard gardeners. Loveland Aleworks used over 130lbs of fresh, wet hops in the production of this beer. Crowdsource Ale is only available during the early fall, as the beer was made with hops picked within 48hrs of brewing. Never repeatable, always refreshing.

I’m a Pickle｜ Pickle Beer Release with The Real Dill. 6.5% ABV
Verboten has made a name for itself in Loveland with their award winning beers and great atmosphere. Their brewery has 16 beers on tap with a continual rotation of something new to try. Verboten’s pickle beer collaboration with The Real Dill is ready for release just in time for National Drink Beer Day! It is a golden ale base with cucumber juice and a spice blend made exclusively for Verboten by these priceless pickle purveyors.
I’m a Pickle release is tonight from 5-10pm in the taproom. In addition to trying the beer, sample some very special pickles made with Verboten beer, and pick up a pack of pickles by The Real Dill and take them home with a Crowler while you are at it!

1320｜ Our New England Style IPA.
The beer behind Wiley Roots Brewing Company is made with the idea that beer is an art form and all should be made unique. This well-known company has been making waves in the Northern Colorado beer industry since 2013 with multiple winning ballots to their craft! Wiley Roots New England Style IPA was released earlier this year midst the new craze of the beer world. This opaque and smooth IPA comes with the flavors and aromas that a traditional IPA has, without the lingering bite and bitterness. The full flavor is sure to remind every IPA drinker why they drink IPA’s and coerce non-IPA drinkers to enjoy this style of beer. Citra hops highlight the citrus flavor prominent in 1320. Weldwerks has won their fair share of national and international medals for their beer and one thing you know when you walk into their taproom is that you will not leave disappointed. Between their taps, bottles and crowlers available in the taproom you will absolutely find a beer that fits your taste preference. They also feature local food trucks that come each week! Coffee Maple Achromatic｜ Imperial Stout. ABV: 9.8%
Chewy and creamy with tones of chocolate malt, huge additions of maple syrup, and enough coffee to balance. We boil for more than 6 hours to achieve the unbelievably rich, chewy, thick mouthfeel of the base beer. We take the decadence to the next level with multiple maple syrup additions throughout the process, which are a perfect complement to the huge addition of freshly roasted Mama Nelly’s blend coffee from our friends at Zoe’s Cafe, which features four different roasts of the same single origin Peruvian beans.

38 Blocks｜ New England Style Double IPA. ABV: 8%
38 Blocks opens with bright notes of pineapple, candied apricots, guava, and passion fruit, with just a hint of lemon zest and dank herbal notes to balance the insane tropical fruit character. This New England-style Double IPA was brewed with 12.5 lbs of Mosaic, Amarillo and Simcoe hops per barrel, but the slightly lower attenuation allows the soft, creamy mouthfeel to hold up to the incredibly bold hop character. Despite the unreasonable hop rate, 38 Blocks manages to maintain excellent drinkability as a result of the lower bitterness achieved from making almost all the hop additions in the whirlpool and dry hop.

Traditional beer with a kick of innovation is what they have in store when you visit the taproom at Broken Plow Brewery. The team behind the company were founded with an extended history of agriculture and knowledge of growing organic greenhouse produce. It is only natural that founder Randy opened a taphouse to share his 30 years of perfected homebrew recipes and skills with the public! To complement their great beer and background, Broken Plow also has opened Elements Artisanal Oven which features various wood fired food to enjoy while you sip! The oven opens at 4pm today

India Spring Honey Cream Ale｜ Cream Ale. 5.6% ABV
Cream Ales are traditionally a light lager style beer with a bit of a hoppy bite. This beer does not disappoint, allowing you to taste palates of sweet fruit and grassy hops. You can taste the lemongrass and cardamom tones come through the beer. Cardamom is known for its strong and aromatic nature and spicy but citrusy character, you will catch yourself smelling hints as you sip.
Raspberry Fields Forever Wit｜ German Witbier. 6% ABV
Traditional German Witbier or white beer is light in nature and for those of you that love your light hoppy beer this is the one for you! Made with a pilsner malt, the flavor profile of this beer combines a hoppy bite with a full body of raspberry that is obvious and refreshing.
